  1. you could also consume some US grown rice and chicken (yet another reason why i always try to eat organic). http://www.naturalne...ic_chicken.html http://www.ncbi.nlm....les/PMC1892142/ Greg, i'd suggest (as i've done with my wife) that you try to find good organic red wines as arsenic pesticides are used at most US vineyards.
  2. yes, but this water contains no biological contamination. you can view the results here do you know that red wine is one of the most common sources of arsenic (natural occurring and inorganic sprays) and the lead-shot used in cleaning the bottles?
  3. everyone has their obsessions around here, mountain valley spring water is mine. here's my monthly drinking water delivery of 54 gallons...
  4. Mike B., I am truly sorry to hear of your loss. My condolences to you and your family. Wayne, I hope you get your Santa sack and its contents back ASAP. Nate, may a windfall come your merry way. Mike, wishing you well and a speedy facial nerve recovery. My day has been mostly uneventful and stagnant, just doing as many mundane chores around the house as possible, and exercising my patience tolerance while I await (all day almost, mind you) for Fed-Ex to make their final delivery attempt of my early delivery package. Notice, it's no longer early (e.g., before 10:30 AM). Yet this is the last of our Xmas gifts and the only one that required a signature, albeit an indirect one and yesterday, my neighbor refused to sign for it -- how neighborly, huh. So I decided to take the day off of work and started my holiday a day early to ensure we get those stink'n Crocodile belly wallets, but where the F are they!!! Though, my griping is pretty petty in comparison to those above and I am humbled.
  5. Chris, hope you and your family are doing as well as can be expected during this trying time. My condolences to you and your family for your loss.

wow, can't believe it missed this thread... better a year late than never, thanks for sharing this link Steve as i've not seen this before.
  11. i am drinking it slowly. about two years ago, i switched from being a daily coffee drinker to drinking tea instead, but the coffee caffeine certainly packs a bigger punch.
  12. it really is great stuff... before we left hawaii we purchased some kona coffee for friends and family and kept a pound or two around for ourselves as my wife still drinks coffee daily. i, on the other hand, haven't drank it for nearly 18 months, if not longer, but broke down at the waimea coffee shop on the big island and this is probably my fourth or fifth cup in the last month. it's amazing how intensely good the caffeine rush hits me now.
