What if I had perfect pitch, but since I'm not musically trained, I don't know it?
  2. I will gladly hear any and all of your complaints. Here is a convenient link to my PM.

  5. Wow. He's a fucking idiot.

  7. When in New England, if you don't liek the weather, wait 5 minutes.
  8. NE FTW (Or the lose, depends how you look at it). Monday it was 15 degrees out. Today it is 55.
  9. If I have to install a new program, I'm going to go with Amarok. I did delete the program, and reinstall it, with the same behavior. I also deleted a Cog directory under Library/ I forget the subdirectory I went into. Preferences maybe. What other directories should I look into to delete some config files?
  10. Yes, but it failed with the internal drive as well. Nothing from any source will load.
  11. I haven't listened to Daft in Cog yet
  12. I think the first time I noticed this was yesterday. Cog refuses to load any file into the playlist. Flac, mp3, nothing will play anymore. Any ideas?
  13. I placed my order to amazon today.

  15. I'd use Octave, but I paid for a Matlab license, and need full compatibility. I have both installed, however.

  18. I'm not sure if it'll read HTML natively, I used Calibre (availalbe on all platforms) to convert the few HTML files I had. I'll snap some pictures soon.
  19. Mostly technical books and papers.
  20. Saturday I picked up a Sony PRS-700. After some experimenting, I got all my books cataloged and loaded to my OCD satisfaction. The screen isn't nearly as nice as the 505, but that is due to the touch screen, which I need for my optimal PDF compatibility. So far, I'm very happy with it. I've had my eye on an eBook reader since I saw the old Sony alpha, but until now I had yet ot find one to fit my uses exactly. I wont know until I use it a bit more, but this comes pretty close.
  21. World Wide Stout? EdiT: I checked tha tlist, and my memory served me correctly.
