  1. I'd love to get the 1486, 4686, 1968, K216 and J79.
  2. I wouldn't mind 30

    Audeze LCD-2

Not only are they ugly, they are expensive too. Would be curious to hear how they sound.
  4. My god. The fact that people actually buy this stuff is depressing.

    Audeze LCD-2

Is that some sort of torture device?
  6. I don't know.. A guy at hf wanted to know if the Schumann generator could make his stax sound better. That was just last week.
  7. Any news on the Megatron? I wonder how JoaMat is doing with his.
  8. RiStaR, I wonder why your parts blew. I have left mine for long hours before and never had any problems.
  9. Congratulations RiStar ! Good to see more builds. Look Mah! No heat sinks!
  10. Kevin and Birgir, very nice! Thank you.
  11. Heck, I would think about buying them if they sound as good or better than the 009. Waiting for the reviews.......
  12. I have a gamma2 I have used with my SRS-002 (USB powered, have not tried optical with it) and have had no problems with humming. Try USB without external power.
  13. Really look forward to see your build. Did you have a hard time finding any of the sands? I assume some of them are EOL?
  14. It is high, and I wouldn't mind trying a lower gain. Has anybody done this with their HV?
  15. Just let us know when you are ready to sell them. At the price you quoted before, I'd take 100.
  16. Mmmmmhhh...... And I thought the Megatron was going to be next. But you certainly got my attention!
  17. You dirty minded Australians!
  18. Well, it's my wife's fault. She thought it was too big.
  19. Great. Thanks.
  20. Yeah, that's the one. I was thinking 41 mm would probably be enough.
  21. I have a 39 mm Modushop knob. Would a 40 mm circumference cut out in the front panel be large enough for it to rotate nicely? I am thinking it may be a tight fit.
  22. Still open. Not done with my enclosure yet. What are you getting with your amp?
  23. Approx 60 degrees Celsius on the amp heatsinks. One side a little less; the PSU is actually lower.
  24. Getting there. Still designing the front and back panels. Thank you Birgir for sharing your ideas on wiring.
  25. Nothing to calibrate?
