  1. your budget is in the 1000ish range? I thought seamaster was a bit more expensive. If not that's a great watch... My personal preference would be for a rolex explorer I (or II if u want the GMT style). I thnk they can be had for around 2200.
  2. hah thanks... i am so psyched, this has been my favorite somewhat reasonable car for awhile. I was considering leasing a car and sold my maxima last week. I came to my senses, and found out that i can actually afford the insurance on one of these... only 200 bux more actually. It's an 06 with 25k miles on it, not really loaded with options at all, but the 6 speed is real nice . Already ordered this OEM part that will let me integrate my ipod into the stock system. Shouldn't really trick this one out like I did my maxima, well not at first haah.
  3. picking her up tommorow. 6 speed, 298 hp rwd pimping
  4. wow man, nice recable job... wish I knew he recabled too. I like my silver dragon, but those look real nice ; ).
  5. alessandro ms1, because it's an original suggestion, and I like giraffes.
  6. I had no idea there were 1440p sets available? What kind of media even works with that?

i saw this ebay guy has a pair and he seems legit. I know it's usually a pain to order these... the money isnt burning a hole in my pocket for 700 retail, but id just kinda wanna know what the grass is like on the other side. I guess for 700 new, i'll wait for a used pair to come along... Kuma's review sort of made me think i wouldnt like them. I like bass, and I do like forward sound, but I did love the ms2i's. I know neutral isnt always better.

    bump, any impressions please?
  9. all the more reason why i'm glad I don't do IT stuff anymore, at all. what a skull fuck. What I do is easy in comparison to dealing with disasters like u guys do.
  10. being careless at times does not make one a moron. I don't think he is any kind of superlative person, just a normal human being that makes mistakes. He does have a preachy, self rigeous, and some what hypocritical attitude, but having met the guy personally, and knowing about successful people in general, most are I feel. You need to have strict fiber, drink plenty of your own kool aide, and step on lots of toes to be the best.
  11. hah cool... I haven't cleaned mine up in awhile... I like having hte knockoff bracelet because I don't mind it taking a beating like the stock one. Can you believe these watches used to sell for 500 new? My dad bought it with money he made at the poker table in the 70's on vacation I think...
  12. i love reks's watch. I've been wearing mine since my dad gave me it 3 years ago.. How's it holding up? The only watch I'd really like to get is a rolex explorer I... Digital watches are cool, but nothing beats an understated well built analog watch.
  13. hey, wasn't like making fun of his british accent alone really... there are a few british people here... It's the easiest way to describe the guys loud voice though. He reminds me of some guy yelling in a pub about a soccer game, but he throws around all these technical words. It's like something out of an SNL sketch, a tech support rugby coach or something. I had a meeting with him on friday and a few others, he isn't a dickhead or anything I don't think... Yet he really is pretty annoying. It was like that before I go there though, and the guy does have a real important position so I mean it is what it is... It's pretty funny for a little while to hear this guy screaming, but when I'm trying to work on stuff and u hear the nonsense constantly it's really retarded.

yea this place is so funny, we go in there and the guy keeps talking at us, we cant udnerstand a word he is saying, but he thinks he's giving us beer advice so we just nod at him. We tried this one bottle that looked like a champagne bottle he recommended to us, it was nasty sounding reminded me of like blue moon which i hate. Usually the fancy beer is just too heavy to me. Anyway not sure how popular or hard it is to get... can u order beer online or something?

heh, actually i didnt hear about it until this dood was telling me about the headfi meet. I imagined something simialr to vodka and red bull, in a can... the lazy scumbag tendancies i have drew me to the conveniance of the idea. wow, was so grossssss. I usually drink vodka red bulls or whatever. Yet my boy does live against this awesome pretentious type beer place where u can buy those big like 22 ounce bottles for 15 bux each that ahve german weird shit on them or whatever. Stuff like u and grawk like. I got this beer called tusker a few times... had some last night. Its made in africa, freeking awesome. I think it's made by real elephants so u know it's good. Try it out some time

i love that show... hank is the most awesome hollywood scumbag. It actually makes me think that becoming an older guy is okay, if u can manage to have 5 oclock shadow all the time, and bang 20 year old women. Everyone needs a dream.
