Oh hai. Not to kick kitty litter in any one's face, nor to go looking for a slight when there was none intended, but the truth is it's not that difficult to find material to scroll the slow forum. All it takes is a couple well-placed RSS feeds, a tinypic account and a warped sense of humor. That and serious case of Attention Deficit Dis... ooh, shiny! HAY THERE. I do not, repeat not visit 4chan ...EVER. 4chan is the collective bowels of the internet. Much like the ass of any species, it spawns the worst sort of filth. That said, shit is another name for fertilizer, and as vile as 4chan is, a fair amount of brilliance originates there. The trick is to wait until something else has strained it the worst parts away first. The internet equivalent of a water lily or hyacinth. That is not me. I am the farmer, who picks the better plants and posts them here. I am one full stage removed from the shit, and I like it that way. I think I've exhausted this metaphor. Lastly, I don't actually read Head-Fi, unless someone links to a thread on there from here, so Boomana's reference is largely lost of me. In any case, Knuckleduster must do some laundry.

I felt well enough to move around today, so I rewarded(?) myself by vacuuming my room. WAT. The upstairs of my house has funky 1970s deep pile shag carpeting, which can hold an unspeakable amount of dust. I've been breathing all that shit in while I've been sick. I dug out the Miele and the "spazzola eletrica" and removed what I hope is 9 of the 10 layers of grime. I actually don't mind vacuuming, it somewhat of a zen-like chop wood, carry water task. Moving all the crap around in my room so I can complete the is another matter.

You're mad! The LaCie is FW400, USB2.0 and eSATA. The WD is USB2.0 only (unless you're referring to a model that I am unaware of.) Furthermore already have one LaCie 1TB Poulton drive, and a second would stack on top of it and look similarly shiny and black and sexy.

ARGH. The LaCie 1TB drive is now out of stock @ NewEgg, they canceled my order. Asshats!
