I haven't actually counted in a while, but I think I have approximately 600-800 regular CDs, 100 anime soundtracks, and 30 concert DVDs. I'm still looking to expand it greatly though; there's all kinds of music I haven't even begun to get into yet and that makes me sad.

In this case, the best ones are where x is NaN. Very difficult to find though.

Ohhhhh, you were commenting on the movie in general so I thought the borrow bit was part of that as well. I don't know why they don't just make a properly restored version of the original for Blu-ray. If they got time to redo/modify stuff, then they got time to make a better transfer and clean it up some.

It's been a few years since I last watched it, but I think it was a special high-velocity ammo, and he doesn't just change his stance to keep from falling on his ass, I'm pretty sure it also makes him slide backwards as it fires. I really do love the beatdown he gets from Motoko after that though. But what's this, you don't have your own copy of the movie?! For shame.

Just please tell me they didn't fuck with the Motoko vs. tank scene.

I don't even really want to get the original GITS on Blu-ray either, since they apparently pulled George Lucas on it. Now if they release any part of GITS:SAC on Blu-ray, I'll be all over it like Brent on a biscuit.

Vexille and Appleseed Ex Machina are actually the two main things I wanted to see on Blu-ray. Heh, no worries. I've been on the edge for a while and that gave me the last push I needed. The movie looks interesting enough to justify it by itself. Now that good BD players have gotten down into the same price range as good DVD players were a couple years ago, it was an easy decision to make.

Finally making the jump to Blu-ray...

After opening mine I feel the ones I sent out are quite a bit lacking in comparison. Thanks Ric! Alessandro Moreschi - The Last Castrato I never would've known something like this even existed, let alone got it for myself. It contains the only solo recordings in existence of a castrato, made at the Vatican in 1902 and 1904. Very fascinating and unusual stuff. For All Mankind Haven't watched it yet, but looks really interesting. I've always been in awe of the space program, especially the Apollo missions, so this should be fun to watch.
