Raffy sweet and welcome back! I did a shop ride today for a local event that is coming up. Held right there with the 20-22 mph crew until mile 15 then it felt like I was being bit in the back of the leg near my butt. I really need to stretch more and maybe some yoga.

I am fairly certain that I could differentiate rack vodka from premium. Grey Goose is treated/filtered through limestone so from my albeit sighted tastes that flavor carries. It would be interested to see if I could taste the difference blind.

Great weekend of cycling! Had a fun time with V on Saturday then Sunday met a new group and did 35 with them. Mike took me on my inaugural MT bike ride at Markham park. Holt shit that park is like a roller coaster that you control. A bit freaky coming from the road bike world but a lot of fun. After 25 miles that morning I was beat after 20 minutes. I can see alternating between the two although I need a more mellow park to start in .

Shit that would be fun but I'm all about the metric Raffy I am really liking the Selle Italia Flite Flow

just finished cleaning the bike after the ride, great fun to be back out with V! Did just over 40 miles in constant rain that only increased after Vicki and I separated. One a good note I may have finally found a saddle after 2400 miles and 12 or so demos.

just me today, I'm headed out in 20 minutes, happy to going on a ride together!

as of this minute those dates are fine

I'd be in for a trip to Atlanta, since my Pops lives in the area I could make it a 2fer.
