  2. I have heard people having issues with the sapphire version (not suggesting it has anything to do with the actual material, that seem absurd, just that model i guess). Might want to verify it works before the return period expires.

  8. Justin: I have always wondered why people dont use threaded flanges. Seems like a good idea to me.
  9. (Douchy HF voice) What did the original T2 use? I prefer to follow the original designers intent for maximum plankton retrieval capability.
  10. With the PEEK screws the question is whether you need to use loktite. I think Inu did. If this is the case this presents a another issue other than the fact that you will get decreased device life from improper torque. I dont see it an obvious choice. Justin may have a point given his situation. Others not sure.
  11. Isnt the TO126 by definition have a plastic case? Again maybe it helps dumb assemblyman but a proper insulator and a stainless screw should be fine. Bonus points of you use a belleville washer on top.

  14. Nylon 6/6 should be properly rated. What am I missing?
  15. I agree with previous posts that they don't provide enough torque.
  16. Mouser sells nylon screws with a aluminum core (if I remember) that worked for me in the past and I could apply excellent torque. I can look for a part number later, but I think Eagle was the manufacturor..
  17. Would M3 work? Would you be willing to cut them down to size?
  18. Justin for the win!
  19. Anyone have a spare e24/s24 board set from amb? I used my last one in someone's amp and if anyone has a spare that isn't getting used, that would be fantastic!
  20. It is IPC-4552 compliant. I have never seen where you can specify thickness.
  21. They are ENIG plated.
  22. Just trying to keep you alive as well ss the next person that possesses this build.
  23. No. Good luck though.
