  1. i meant that it was a dreadful tune
  2. This is probably going to be my next gear purchase: FurmanSound.com - Home Theater Product - F1000-UPS I dont really buy the hype about cleaner sound from batteries, but I do want protection from brownouts. The smp protection from Furman should be more than adequate for line grunge. Its also got hot-swap battery capability.

  9. My Hank Mobley CD case has "Disc Made In Austria" on the back. And apparently the Mac Mini can't read the cd layer of these I drove to work today just to scan these and realized I forgot my keycard to the building. Went through the Arbys drive thru on the way and ended up getting the wrong food too. All in all a great day.

  16. I would suggest looking at whats available already in SACDs, to see if its worth it to you to have the format. I bought an SACD player primarily for all the new jazz stuff (Analogue Productions) slated to be released, and now have a whopping 8 discs (well, that and a few misc. others like Mofi Pixies). Other than jazz or classical there doesn't seem to be much action for SACDs. I'm quite pleased with the SONY ES player though, and it does a fantastic job w/ Redbook too. Its definitely the best source I've heard under $1500, possibly the best I've heard period. Possibly.
  17. The tree has entered my hands, The sap has ascended my arms, The tree has grown in my breast- Downward, The branches grow out of me, like arms. Tree you are, Moss you are, You are violets with wind above them. A child - so high - you are, And all this is folly to the world.
  18. If they are a 'baseball' team, then yes
