Me neither, it was something I read here a while back. I don't recall if it was directed only at OTL or some other type, or all types. Again, you'll have to pardon my ignorance on the matter. It was more of a question than a statement, for my part.

I meant I'd prefer a more flat black. The colorware black is downright cartoonish, imo. Most of their colors are a bit harsh, kind of like cheap unmixed tempera paint that they use in school art programs, but with a ton of gloss on top.

There is a web tool in play that probably has something to do with that. The white house uses the same tool, but a different variation. Google uses it too. I think it looks nice, but it all comes down to individual preference.

The Cars - Hearbeat City [Audio Fidelity AFZ033] I forgot how many great songs are on this. Seems to sound real nice, but I've only heard it in the car and, now, out of the ipod. It certainly seems to sound a great deal better than the Rhino double disc Greatest Hits I have.

I've never had any noise whatsoever with USB or toslink. Those are the only inputs I've tried.
