I'm not about to defend that position (), but its kind of like the NRA mentality about gun restrictions; give an inch lose a mile.   20. Nope. Limited only by hard drive technology; you can have a 16TB volume, its just that no one makes 4TB drives yet. I didnt get the 2TB drives because, for the money, I'd be better off getting another Drobo. edit: this isnt meant to expand my current Drobo; its for off site backup at work
