Great doesn't begin to describe it. I'm going to have to rewatch season 3 (yes, season 3) -- I think I noticed something. Every time she's about to narrate her thoughts in the episode, they duck the sound. I think in one particular pass, they ducked the sound, then -- without her saying her thoughts -- cut back to dialog. Veronica (out loud): I got nothing. Not sure, could be wishful thinking, but if they did, it was pretty brilliant. Problem is, I don't remember which episode. Love the attention to detail on this show. I actually really like the Logan character, despite being full of contradictions. He has that really nasal voice, which one wouldn't normally associate with charismatic, but I can't imaging anyone else voicing his parts. It's perfect for the role. I think it makes a nice complement to Buffy -- it's got that same turn-on-a-dime dramatics (comedy to drama, vice versa, etc.), but without the fantasy element, and every once in a while, instead of being a superheroine, she totally chokes. (Like that scene in River Stix.) Now back to: Big Bang Theory, Season 2.

It's somewhere around a hundred here, too, guys -- I feel for you. Although I am indoors and air-conditioning is working just fine thank you.

Where are you getting this?

The only thing the software fix is supposed to fix is that the bars are more accurate -- I.E. they show no bars when there's no signal, rather than 4 bars. So at least you'll know you're holding it wrong, rather than getting incorrect feedback.

I do like them (I mean, I bought the album), and yes, I was aware of the Iced Earth connection (of which I am an enormous fan). But that Wuthering Heights thing just gets me going. There must be something subconscious from my childhood that it's triggering.

I'm going to guess without reading further that he used either that bedazzler material or that stuff with the ironing that mends without sewing. "...magnet..."? I don't know if that's a good idea...admittedly, this wasn't with the iPhone, but I was told never to get one of those cheap cases with the magnetic clasps on my previous smartphone (Palm Treo), but maybe it was because the cheap ones use magnets whose strength isn't regulated...

But as of yet, all of them are recreatable (plenty of drivers, etc. -- the key is drivers, they're not making any more of the K1000 drivers...the bastards).
