and we did it in the wrong direction, downhill first, then up to end. Dumb My 15 yr old daughter kept having to slow down to wait for me. That's NEVER happened before.

every year I lose more than I gain it seems. I just went for a bike ride on a rail trail on the salsa, and 8 miles wore me out.
