I bought a set of mauviel professional copper cookware at marshalls a few years back. I recommend just watching marshalls, tj maxx, etc and pick up good heavy pieces one at a time as they show up.

talk of closing school in rochester before the snow actually shows up can't possibly be anything but hysteria. And Rochester has to have had 2 feet of snow in a day in the last 5 years, let alone in the last 20.
