I think if the software compensates for the affect of both headphones, it stands a pretty good chance of working.

call him and ask if he has gs-1 cases in stock, that's been the delay in the past -
photoshop's upsampling will work well enough for anyone's needs when a good image is fed to it. The 10mp requirement is based on crappy digicams and ignorance on the part of the person writing the requirements.

Directv has on demand, I've just never figured out how to get it to work I use appletv and hulu to get my on demand fix.

I only liked the GS1k when it was turned up louder than I listen. I can see why you'd never get close to the levels required
