It's easy to stay thin at 23, I'm 6'1. I'm still 6'1, still have the same genes, and if I don't control what I eat strictly, I weigh over 200 lbs.

at 23 I ate 7000 calories a day and weighed 160 lbs.

Atkins. I'm down 12 pounds in 3 weeks so far.

Substitute a diet coke for the coke, and you have what I ordered regularly from there until I started my diet. I now just get 2 double bacon cheeseburgers instead of fries.
