  1. Yah toslink isn't well suited to high traffic areas, or for plugging/replugging often, etc. You should see the industrial strength fiber cables we ran at one site...they were 1" thick, almost entirely rubber.
  2. I just looked up the specs. USB 2.0 specifies cables not longer than 5m, and toslink is 15m until you need a repeater.
  3. Use glass cable, and you can go as long as you'd like. Admittedly, it's for storage and not music, but since that's MORE prone to error, and goes WAY faster, it's a reasonable test, and I've got 90m cables. Fiber is WAY more resistant to degradation than usb/copper.
  4. Oh, you don't impact THAT
  5. Yup, heathen.

  16. it's the only way I've ever been able to drop weight. I can maintain without much trouble, but I'm not a salad type of person. so when the choice is between dropping the steak or dropping the potato, it's no question...
  17. My fighting weight is about 185. I'll be back there in a few months, and will go on a more maintenance diet. Alaska really helped pack on the pounds... For lunch I had a bowl of bacon.
  18. It's easy to stay thin at 23, I'm 6'1. I'm still 6'1, still have the same genes, and if I don't control what I eat strictly, I weigh over 200 lbs.
  19. at 23 I ate 7000 calories a day and weighed 160 lbs.
  20. And how old are you?
  21. Atkins. I'm down 12 pounds in 3 weeks so far.
  22. Substitute a diet coke for the coke, and you have what I ordered regularly from there until I started my diet. I now just get 2 double bacon cheeseburgers instead of fries.
  23. The real reason justin doesn't have to worry about clones of this one: he does smd soldering like a machine, crazy tight design.
