  1. Wood without lube? Sounds like a terrible idea. Steve? Here is the dust port with the outfeed table down. Very easy to access.
  2. I have it. Like it. No issues with dust collection when it’s up. When it’s down you still can hook up, just have to lift the table a little.
  3. Ah, thought you meant the top. I would have the front flush since that is what the rail for the fence mounts to. More critical to keep that all aligned than the rear I would think.
  4. Mine are just about perfect. You want them as close as possible.
  5. What do you put on your cast iron tops?
  6. I like carnauba. https://www.selfridges.com/US/en/cat/swissvax-crystal-rock-carnauba-wax-200ml_R00065220/?cm_mmc=PLA-_-GoogleUS-_-HOMETECH-_-SWISSVAX&POR=Y&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=na_na_pla-b_na_na_na_INT_USA-PLA-HOMEANDTECH-HOME&gclid=Cj0KCQiA-qGNBhD3ARIsAO_o7ymw7YD2G_zsVnSzAyT8sQPYLf58A7WMZ3F45dlN_m7hWBC9I62s6QEaAuyCEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
  7. I’ll check them out. Also plan on doing HDF ping ponged doors and faces.
  8. I figured that was going to be your reference. I’ll see if I can find any books on it. Probably go the domino route for joinery.
  9. It was delivered. I had the pallet with everything on it in my garage. Going to need to find 4-5 strong friends, rent a forklift, or rig up a block and tackle/engine lift. Or build a ramp. Still going to need friends for that. Anyone have any good references for building cabinets? I need to build a couple face frames vanities ASAP.
  10. I did it myself with the same technique in an afternoon. It isn’t that bad.
  11. Ping ponged up a topo redneck state.
  12. Don’t. Get the industrial, it makes it so easy to move.
  13. I was going to recommend you just skip the middle step of owning a SawStop and skip directly to a Felder sliding saw. I’m sure we can come up with an overly complicated WiFi operated ceiling lift system.
  14. Checking out the Hilti. Seems solid and they do have a Bluetooth module in Europe that is just like the Festool, would just have to order from there or wait for it to come here. Choices, feel like I need to make the right decision when buying something that sucks.
  15. Not with battery tools 😉
  16. Here is the Hilti https://www.hilti.com/c/CLS_DUST_MGMT_VACUUM_CLEAN_7125/CLS_VACUUM_CLEANERS_ACCESSORIES_7125/CLS_VACUUM_CLEANERS_7125/r11001070 The one nice thing about the Festool is the Bluetooth with the ability to add a button at the end of the hose to turn it on and off.
  17. Trying to decide on a dust extractor. Leaning toward a Hilti, seems it beats all the rest with a 20year warranty to boot. Or a Festool CT26. Thoughts?
  18. Plywood. More durable, especially at 1/4”. Usually HDF is used for one piece machined doors. I plan on trying some of those soon for a vanity. Nate - Amazing work. I’m slowly cutting my teeth on Fusion but so far really like it.
  19. Fancy for something that comes out of a double wide just to the northwest of me.
  20. Panamera?
  21. Seems like I saw plenty of BMW/Audi/Mercedes saloons and estate wagons with trailer hitches when I was in Germany. I’m sure plenty of shops in Stuttgart or maybe Kirchentellinsfurt could do the retrofit.
  22. 718 or 911?
  23. Yes, good thing. The new F-150 interior looks so much better and supposedly has a better fit and finish. It was terrible in the Raptor. I guess we will see when the Raptor R comes out which one I’ll go with. Though I’m thinking I’ll probably skip year one and let every else pay the premium if I go that direction. Maybe just get a 911 with a trailer hitch 😂
  24. Granite two tone. Only mono colored offered is black, which is a great color for a garage queen, but terrible for a daily driver. Happy to have a nice interior again, going from BMW to Ford was rough. I liked the Raptor, but have hated the interior every day I’ve owned it.
