  1. Being able to double drill and screw would be really nice. What were we talking about? On a completely different note, edge banding manually sucks.
  2. Yes, I’ve been following. Seems he was really worrying about his credibility with pushing Harvey products. I think these dudes should be doing woodworking as their main job and the internet gig for drug/hooker petty cash.
  3. Those look pretty cool, I'll have to see if they fit in a normal T track.
  4. I don't, it's actually all in Mozaik. I can import Sketchup models and place them in the Mozaik room with the cabinets.
  5. 8ft to the left and 14+ to the right. The wall is inset where the miter station will go. So should be good to go either side. Dust collector will be under the saw. No fence, just planning to install some T track.
  6. Looking good! Bringing what is in my head to the real/digital world is always a challenge. Here is my preliminary plan for the miter station. Frameless cabinets with butcherblock tops. The two cabinets will have slide out trays. Any suggestions?
  7. Pretty awesome, Nate. Amazon has made me so lazy, definitely need to transition the brain to making things.
  8. TRXs are about a month with no options out to 8 months fully loaded.
  9. First recommendation, yes. Second, only two weeks.
  10. Felder Format Dual 51. Skip the BS. If you must https://www.rockler.com/powermatic-8-parallelogram-jointer?country=US&sid=V91040&promo=shopping&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=&utm_content=&utm_campaign=PL&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIgMvfkNDV9QIVoRvUAR0vsQ7_EAQYCyABEgI_gPD_BwE
  11. Put it on the stand. It cuts wood.
  12. Probably in 2023 when it’s finished.
  13. Kapex arrived. So far I’m loving it. Makes a great resting location when taking a break during my shop rearranging.
  14. The drawer box is built to be made into one piece with a dado on all for sides for the bottom to fit into. Then the drawer front is secured from the rear with wood screws.
  15. Not for these vet student slum houses. I will keep that in mind for more important projects though.
  16. Oil based paint is whatever I can find around here. Hit or miss mix off PPG and Benjamin Moore. Sherwin Williams has been a dry hole for a while. I would assume any place that supplies cabinet shops has HDF. Rare to find at box stores.
  17. Al is correct. Raised panel HDF single piece doors are pretty common for painted cabinets. There are CNC bits to match just about every shaper knife profile.
  18. One piece HDF from the ping pong table.
  19. What? I’m guessing you are asking how the drawers and doors are attached? It’s a face frame cabinet
  20. I find that hard to believe, have you measured the voltage of when the saw kicks on? Just because it’s a 15a circuit, doesn’t mean it can only carry 15.
  21. Curious how they compare to the Ridge Carbide blades. I’ve been meaning to get one or the other to replace my Freud. I really liked it when I had my Jet, but now it just seems to do a okay job at best.
  22. There is always a ass before u.
  23. I can only assume you have taken up angling.
  24. Okay, I see it meow. Tenching feature? Does it do moats as well?
  25. How are you attaching the the two sides of the gate where the 1/8" gate is? Decided I need to do some more meta woodworking and build a proper miter saw station. Going to clean off some space, remove some built in shelves, and build a station. How are you liking your setup so far, Al? Also need to decide if I just roll if my old Hitachi saw (which has been a work horse and pretty solid over the years) or move to something hopefully better.
