  1. I'm so jealous. This is the second year in a row I have missed RMAF due to being over here. I am definitely looking forward to making it next year. If you get the chance (and if they have them) listen to the Evolution MMThree and what ever they have from Acapella. Two of my favorites from the last time I went. There is a Acapella dealer in the Springs if you want to get a better demo.
  2. Word can do it also. Should be a "abc" with a line through it on the tool bar.

  10. Looks interesting. Let us know how it sounds.
  11. First off I would make sure what ever you get has either Ni-Mh or LiPo batteries. I have a couple Hitachi cordless drills that I really like. One was not cheap but the other came in a kit with a cordless screwdriver and flashlight and was in your price range. DeWalts (Black&Decker) are also pretty popular. Go to your local HD/Lowes and get a feel for what they have. If you go with a name brand that has the feel/features/look/cost you want you should be happy for a long time. Or at least until the batteries become useless.
  12. You should be able to use anything with wi-fi and a web browser to control the SB. I have been using my PSP. There is also a program called iPeng for the iPhone that looks pretty good.
  13. I'm quite happy with my Dell M1730. All 15lbs and 30min of battery life:eek: I am waiting till something slim like the MB Air comes out.

  16. Looks like Micheal Bolton is still a no talent assclown. But at least I can go to Disney Land now. Dear Sir/ Madam, The prestigious Microsoft and AOL has set out andsuccessfully organized a Sweepstakes marking the year 2008 anniversary we rolled out over US$400,419,864 for our Mid-year Anniversary Draws. Participants for the draws were randomly selected and drawn from a wide range of web hosts which we enjoy their patronage. The selection was made through a computer draw system attaching vpersonalized email addresses to ticket numbers. If you ignore this massage, you will defiantly regret it later. Microsoft and AOL are now the largest Internet companies & in effort to make sure that Internet Explorer remains the most widely used program,Microsoft and AOL are running an e-mail beta test. Your email address as indicated was drawn and attached to reference and ticket number 008795727498 with serial numbers MIC-AOL/8302/08 and drew the lucky numbers 14-18-25-39-53-47 (10) which subsequently won you
  17. FYI it uses the Sabre8 (same used in the Buffalo) DAC chips.
  18. It's really hard to say which I like better. They both sound very good. I really want to hear them on a couple different setups and with speakers. I also plan on trying a resistor I/V stage with a tube buffer on the D1.
  19. I was bored and threw down a $1500 bid to get things going.
  20. I was hitting Ctrl-R for about an hour. Then I figured they either sold out in 5 sec or something was amiss. They did sell out in about two minutes though.
  21. Buffalo DAC modules. L3000 earpads
  22. Oxycontin and a beer
  23. I do. I then usually write them a email asking for any research or white papers they may have on the nonsense they are spouting. So far nothing.
