Damn you have a good memory Steve. I do use Duet, which always works great for me. Sidecar is one of the Catalina features I am looking forward to. Hopefully Sidecar works as well as Duet. I hit a little hitch with the Mac mini. It seems I already have five computers authorized for iTunes so I have to deauthorize one of the two computers I have at work. A music server should probably have an iTunes authorization. First time I have come upon that limitation. Still don’t really understand that one.

Interestingly enough the new Mac mini had Mojave installed. I was expecting it to have Catalina. I will be updating it to Catalina as soon as I get it totally set-up in Mojave and get a complete back-up done. This is the perfect system for the first Catalina install since my current music server works just fine. So even if Catalina totally destroys it no big deal.

Sad! He was in my list of great actors. I definitely have to watch “El Camino” now, not that I wasn’t going to before this.

Cool! Hopefully you will not have any problem with the mysterious screen scratches.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Nothing special yesterday, taught my classes, had dinner at Smashburger with Peter, took him to his SAT prep class then home for the evening. Still a bit worried about this present though

I gave up using wireless mice that use a dongle since it is one extra thing to carry around and lose. But Logitech, and others, make cheaper Bluetooth mice that work just fine on Macs

This ^^ . But change the 8 plus to a 7 plus. Update: No longer interested as it still has a lightning connector. I guess I will either wait for the 12 or save money with an Xs.

I think this is perfect because even though I am a bit of an Apple fanboy I always thought the Apple Card was, and is, a bit ridiculous. Kinda like the Mac Pro trashcan.

Probably closest approach to us. A lot of rain and winds from mid 20s to low 30s mph. Actually happy as it saves me money as the irrigation system can be rested.
