It is apparently very accurate. I saw a post on a running forum this morning where a guy took his Apple Watch and Garmin + chest strap out for a 10K. The distance covered showed exactly the same on both devices and the average heart rate only differed by 1 beat per minute.
Tough for me to choose between No More Shall We Part and The Boatman's Call. "Love Letter", "God Is in The House" and "Gates To The Garden" versus "Into My Arms", "People Ain't No Good" and "(Are You) The One That I've Been Waiting For?". NMSWP is stronger overall but there's no bad answer.

Went for my Apple Watch "appointment." Left sold on the stainless 42mm w/ a link bracelet and a black sport band. Also left with an iPhone 6 Plus that I had absolutely no intention of buying on the way in. See, that's how they get you!
Getting back to watches, I just watched the Hodinkee Lange video and now need to change my pants.
