Going back to Lightroom, finding all the originals, transferring those to iPhoto via a plugin, and then using iPhoto to upload them to MobileMe galleries. The MobileMe galleries seem to me like a cleaner way of keeping photos online than the iWeb photo gallery. Al, here's to a speedy recovery.. at least you guys won!

As much as I like my MacBook Pro, the Apple Stores are a pain in the ass. One of my vent fans crapped out a few weeks ago, and it's still under AppleCare, so I figured I'd take the thing in, get the fan swapped, and we'd be good to go. I'm not within an hour of an Apple store, so I had to make special travel arrangements to get there on a weekend, so I make my Genius Bar appt. and start driving there. Traffic is a bit heavy, and I got there about 10-15 minutes after my specified time.. they canceled my appointment and I had to wait nearly an hour before anyone would even talk to me.

Poor choice of words on my part.. I'm pretty sure it was crosstalk from all the hookup wire crossing inside the case. The wiring wasn't the neatest to begin with, but I had something like 6 inputs and 6 outputs, so there were quite a few wires inside.

I'm probably going to pick up a copy, at least from the library. Unfortunately, I've got several other volumes in queue... not enough time in the day.

I think this is a thread worth reviving.. I'm on the last episode of this series and so far it's been quite good. They've done a really good job of kindling my interest in the Revolution and following years. Anyone else seen this recently?
