I think this show is succeeding at being imported. I watched the first three seasons of the UK Shameless and the specials as well as every episode of the US series. It is ripping off a lot, but puts in some really nice twists and is good TV in my opinion. The US version so far is actually not as out there (stretching possibilities) in the plot so far IMO. I'm actually finding them equally enjoyable and am not too worried about one ruining the other too much.
  2. Taste test between Bell's Hopslam and Terrapin Rye Squared. Rye Squared puts the Hopslam to shame. Stone Ruination is even better I think. Its making me look forward to trying out the DFH Squall IPA soon.
  3. Happy Birthday Nate!

    Thanks, couldn't resist.
  5. In case you didn't find your answer, RAM will be 512Mb in the Ipad 2. Thinner, lighter. More absorbent?
  6. Weyerbacher fifteen followed by big boss big operator
  7. Weyerbacher Heresy. Still in my top ten beers.
  8. Dammit, I'm late. Happy Birthday I hope it was Naaman! Hope you haven't stopped celebrating.
  9. Started drinking early today. Just finished with a hopping frog B.O.R.I.S the crusher and couple of Terrapin rye squared. Rye squared is delicious.
  10. Kentucky breakfast stout followed by left hand imperial stout. Lunch.
  11. Founders double trouble. This is awesome. Thanks to Tapatalk for the horizontal pic.
  12. Bells batch 10000
  13. Wat.
  14. Thirty dog Siberian Night.
  15. That is extremely fast. But... WTF was he doing defragging SSDs!? No. Bad. BTW, RAM makes a difference opening smaller programs actually with SSDs in my experience, it definitely seemed noticeable when I went from 6GB 8x8x8x24 1T to 6x8x6x20 1T. With just one great SSD or two in RAID, you'll see about the same program loading time they did there. My PC is stupid fast already. Copying files is about the only way to really see much benefit, the delay waiting for the dialog screen in windows is longer.
  16. I never paid for cable. I also canceled my roadrunner subscription, I just don't like Time Warner because they are a hassle to deal with, unorganized, and overpriced. They still owe me $30 after three separate calls and promises they would send it to me (eight months ago).
  17. Yep, UE11. According to some audio blogs, I was the second known person to ever sell a custom fit IEM. After I saw the rush for the first pair to go on sale, I jumped, I had been fed up for a while with bad refits. I did go through several remakes and new impressions.
  18. Happy birthday Dan, maybe someone can make a hockey cake.
  19. Bojangles sweet tea.

  21. Sorry, and welcome to the club elnero.
  22. I tested a lot of the music apps for Android today because I was so fed up with the crappy sound quality. The newly leaked Motorola music app has damn incredible features, but same bad quality. I think I finally found what I've been looking for with the Poweramp app. The sound quality is easily a league ahead of every other app I've tried, it supports pretty much all major lossless and non-lossless formats, editing of ID3 tags, has a decent EQ if you care, and a decent interface. Scrobbles too. The only thing I see that they really need to add is retrieving album art online. The widgets are pretty nice and integrates well with the Liberty rom I use. The bad news is that the free version only has a 15 day free trial and the pay version is $4.99. I'm fairly convinced though that I will be paying for it since its the only thing I've been able to enjoy my music with on this phone since I bought it.
  23. The Dogfather Imperial Stout bourbon barrel aged. I think its delicious.
  24. Happy birthday!
  25. My last bottle of Weyerbacher winter ale.
