I was referring to pure stock colors. Canon in my experience always looks lusher & more vibrant but it's all in the saturation settings. For example my bussy who is a lot more into photography than me at this point had canon and picked it because it looke lusher then ended switching to a Nikon because he thought it was more true to the colors in the shot. Of course YMMV.

That's the Nikon "look" if you adjust the saturation a bit in the camera you can make the colors look like Canon. It's an odd thing but it seems to hold on all of their SLRs that I've seen. More clinical I would say, I prefer it.

I went and read Redd it analysis (full of hyperbole) and I fail to see what is loss of due process as the process is almost identical to dmca but now the search engines are being forced to not link to the sites (with a 5 day turn around) because the DOJ can not actually get a take down executed on a foreign website. The web companies are just talking about censorship to rile up people and protect their interests.

This is congress we are talking about they pass resolutions for all sortsof stupid shit. Also that response is pure bull too, but using that argument nothing would ever get done. I support it because it annoys the hell out of me that Google couldn't possibly enforce copyrights at all in one breath but then starts a program that contacts the content owners to offer revenue sharing (of course not pulling said video down). They aren't protecting users they are protecting their revenue streams.

I use mine with a server and just have it do Wake on Lan so the server is asleep all of the time (draws about 4 watts when sleeping). It's about a 1 min delay on start up but that way I get everything backed up to the cloud with Backblaze etc.

My favorite nikon lens is the 70 200 vr and it's full framed. The nikon 105 macro is an amazing lens too.

That's good pace man. You'll be surprised how it picks up over time. I did another 3 hours on Sunday and it was a lot less nice. I also did it with some much faster people and we did a lot more uphill riding. Still awesome to get out thought. I made my 5-8 hrs/week goal for the week. I need a rest from my weekend though.

Rode for a little over 3 hours. It was awesome. I can't believe how nice it was today. Edit: on carriers: we have the ergo and the baby bjorn miracle and prefer the miracle. My wife also likes the moby wrap.

I meant expensive compared to new build. I had not thought about your point about the hoarding. I should have. I read an article a few years back about some people were doing deals where the benefactor let the musician play the instrument but had to give them x number of private performances each year etc. I wish I could play some instrument but my attempt at Viola as an adult was a flop and I just ran out of time too. The local high school was happy with the donation though.
