Good luck. Me: Arrived back from a cycling trip at 3am after 8+ hours of driving (2+ behind the wheel) and preceded by 6 hours of cycling including climbing 5000ft or so over 80 miles. This was after 2 other days of climbing mountains including one where we had to turn around because the Blue Ridge Parkway has been closed due to snow and fog.

woo hoo! For spinning? or for bike?

Took my beagle Rugby on a 3 hour 8 mile walk which was about the most intense thing I can do with this cold. I then registered for my area's first bike race of the year at which I will get hammered like cheerleader on prom night

Learned from my city planning department that if I keep my garden shed (actually workout/bike shed) below 80sq ft then I don't need planning approval or a permit and I can put it right up against my property line with no issues. This probably saved me $2000 in architects fees alone. I'm stoked because what I thought was going to cost $10000+ is going to be much less than that. Awesome
