That's typical? Fees with no points on my loans had 3 year payoffs both times and I still took it. Even on the lake house the fees were a couple $k.

What's more impressive is I believe that car is 4wd. Guy figured he could power through and messed up. At least he countersteers a bit but forgets the part about letting up on the gas.

Yup most of the time the payoff time is longer than you think with all the fees (which of course the bank is more than happy to take).

Good work Larry glad to see you're keeping it up. Yes my metabolism, appetite and height combination is a recipe for being a huge guy but I'm glad to be finally progressing back to where I want to be. The goal is 210 which isn't too bad at 6'5", I'd like lower but I'd be happy there. Wayne: Lol

Last night we went out to the see the Red Hot Chilli Peppers in at the Verizon center. It's only our second night out since Ben was born 7 months ago. It was good to get out. Concert was good too.
