Well, UPS has done it again. My package from Bihn was supposed to arrive end of day yesterday. I called at 5 pm, they said it's on the truck and will redeliver the next day if no one is at the office to accept delivery. This morning there is no call tag. I call again and I am finally told that it never arrived in Florida. Hopefully the will find it eventually. I'm sure Bihn will take care of me. I will just have to find something else to use for my carry on tomorrow.

I paid about $20 more for 3 day. As long as it arrives tomorrow ot doesn't matter since I'm not leaving until Saturday.

I have a few Hop Rod Ryes on hand. Unfortunately, I have to order from your part of the world Scott but at least I can and the cost isn't too bad. DFH 60 followed by a Weyerbacher Fifteen. I love the smokey goodness.

No bag tonight. UPS was supposed to deliver by the end of the day. By 5:30 I no longer felt like waiting so I will get it tomorrow.

As you can read, I had the same dilemma. Mine should arrive this afternoon. I will try to get you some initial thoughts and pics tonight. I will probably pack it up tonight since I'm leaving Sat. morning. I still may get the Skytrain to compare.

I will be wearing a pair of pants on the plane flight in but I guess I should include my ski pants. Thanks.

That's a bummer Jeff. I'm glad my Aeronaut is going to make it so I can give it a test run this weekend. I will pack ski jacket, gloves and hats in it so I will at least have that stuff when I arrive should they lose my luggage.

I'm a DFH fan but got away from it for a while as so much other beer has become available down here in the last couple of years. I started watching Brewmasters and I got back into DFH. I like the PSM but it's 12% so jog for everyone. I like the Hopslam. I was able to get a few 6 packs last year. I guess I need to call my source to see if they are getting any in.

Maybe I should bring my Mac Mini and a SS drive to Mayberry. Keep you and Jp busy although it's rare that Jp disappoints.

My Aeronaut arrives tomorrow and the ID on Monday.

We will cross that path if you get glaucoma, which hopefully will not happen. And know marijuana either. It's smoke and it's illegal.

I think smoking of any kind is contraindicated when one has a healing fracture.

Size is why I ended up with the Aeronaut. I also preferred the way it opens when laid down flat like a traditional suit case. I think It provides more space and makes packing easier. I will reserve judgment until seeing them. I guess we are having a travel bag meet. I almost ordered the Air Boss but decided I wanted the backpack option. I know that is something that will come in handy at some point.

We need to have a travel bag throw down. I could have easily gone with the Red Oxx gear so I am looking forward to seeing it when we get out there.

We will see if it stays. This is a trial run to see if I need all or any of it.

I'm considering whether to make another Bihn purchase. If I do, the choice is between the ID medium messenger bag or the Zephyr briefcase. I do not have the need for a more professional style briefcase, like the Tumi I currently use. I like the Tumi but it goes more with someone wearing a suit and I rarely where a suit. I also do not go to court all that often these days since I have slaves, I mean associates that cover most of my appearances. I prefer to have something more functional and casual and, quite frankly, this is a good excuse to buy a cool new bag. The Zephyr is the briefcase version of the ID with a bit more space. The one thing I do not like with many messenger bags is the there is no handle to carry the bag like a briefcase. The ID has a handle which is a plus. They both are big enough to carry an ipad and/or a MBA in 11' or 13". I don't think I would use a Brain Cell. While they provide great protection, they also take up a lot of space. The bag itself with an iPad cover and the MBA with a sleeve will be more than enough for protection in either bag. I am leaning ID since it gives me the across shoulder carry of a messenger bag and a handle for briefcase style carry. I guess I should order one as it can always be returned.
