Full day hanging with the grand kids ages 5, 7 &10. Helped us put up the Christmas tree and we watched Polar Express. They can be a handful or angels depending on how they choose to be. Today they were all angels. Looking forward to a good time with them tomorrow.

Met with the financial planner today. I'm at least 5 and probably 8 years away from being able to retire. Since I'm mentally ready now, that's not great. At least I should be able to retire with dignity.

Picked up my vehicle from the garage yesterday. My car sprung leaks. Rear Differential Pinion seal. Both rear axle seals. Timing cover, Oil pan and Valve cover gaskets. 3 days and $1300 just for labor. Did I say I hate cars?

Ken, that is certainly true nationwide. Here in west Michigan it is hard to find a non Whirlpool made Kenmore appliance. If you can locate the model number (not Kenmore number) on the manufacturer's tag it is possible to figure out who the manufacturer is.
