You're right. And wrong. Nothing bigger than a 10" blade, but they offer both 230V and 480V industrial cabinet saws with 7.5 HP motors.

Your meat pictures reminds me of the lambchetta that we had the other night. Localish lamb loin wrapped in lamb belly like a porchetta. Very tasty and a great way to mix the lean loin with fatty and succulent belly without being overwhelming. I'm going to ask a good butcher back home if they can prepare one...

Twinks, turtles and tortured spelling. We're off to a good HC start.

It was a very French spelling.

Stone turtles don't need much to survif. That's not a recent project, however.

When I inquired about a table saw with the PCS system to the Hammer / Felder sales guy I dealt with, he simply said that it is not cost effective for consumer machines and moved on.

They are swamped with business at the bakery and the new pizza and sandwich cafe they built since we were here together. They decided to open for the 4th and there were so many people waiting they opened an hour early. I didn't know that when I arrived right before the normal Sunday opening at 8am. There were about 5 people in front of me inside already but as I left there were more than 20 waiting outside.
