December 12, 201213 yr Well it's reality TV, so anything is possible. Cable has a lot of channels to fill and they are always looking for content to throw up against the wall to see if anything sticks. Edited December 12, 201213 yr by Augsburger
December 17, 201213 yr Maybe it's time to sell my tv. I can only assume it's thinly disguised fiction. I know those towing tv shows are all recreations. I'll stick to the history channel and animal planet.
December 17, 201213 yr Author History "Bamazon" and "Cajun Pawn Stars" Channel & Animal "Pit Bulls & Parolees" and "My Extreme Animal Phobia" Planet?
December 20, 201213 yr Yeah, I know. Stupid is spreading accross the tv dial. Good morning America turns my stomach. The evening news is all fluff. I miss Walter Cronkite. You forget "ancient aliens". Because if you're a moron, eveything looks like alien technology. Check out the guy with the Don King hairdo.

December 21, 201213 yr Well, there's always "too cute" corney, but fun. Who doesn't like kittens and puppies?
December 21, 201213 yr Maybe it's time to sell my tv. I can only assume it's thinly disguised fiction. I know those towing tv shows are all recreations. I'll stick to the history channel and animal planet. That's a nearly-Haiku post. Maybe you meant: Thinly disguised fiction shows so must sell tv or not? animal planet!
December 21, 201213 yr That's a nearly-Haiku post. Maybe you meant: Thinly disguised fiction shows so must sell tv or not? animal planet! Haiku -The essence of haiku is "cutting" (kiru). This is often represented by the juxtaposition of two images or ideasand a kireji ("cutting word") between them, a kind of verbal punctuation mark which signals the moment of separation and colours the manner in which the juxtaposed elements are related. A couple posts here and I've already leaned new word! If I wasn't married, I most likely wouldn't have a tv.
December 27, 201213 yr Author Amish Mafia marathon yesterday! Especially like that they are setting up a war between most famous Lancaster County, PA Mafia v. largest number of Amish Holmes County, OH Mafia. "Those Ohio Amish are so backwoods they'd do anything." Go Holmes Boys! Helped that I was watching from the next county over. GF and I agreed it was likely only 80% fictitious (if you included b-roll and commercials). We disagreed how interesting it was to see how far they colored outside the lines.
December 27, 201213 yr I could only watch this for about two minutes before I called BS. They could at least get some decent actors, like Randy Quaid.
