February 13, 200818 yr yea I know. it needs a marquee going left ->. you know how to make one? if it gave me HTML then I could but it is only forum code. No, it needs to be gone.
February 13, 200818 yr The name of his business seems to be S2 Audio. Thanks again, I popped out for a bit.
February 13, 200818 yr I'd say shiver me timbers, laddy, and man the mainsail, for there be scurvy dogs on the horizon, arrr, but I've seen what kind of custom title that can lead to. OK, now I get it!
February 13, 200818 yr Author It is acceptable to use lol, I'll keep that in mind.. thanks And HEY! That was very nice, removing my signature, because it was very stupid and annoying. Too sleepy to post impressions on the stand, but I'll type something. The Woo Audio stands are very durable and easy to put together. The aluminum looks like it will last many years; however, Audio Technica are slightly too large for the stand because the ends of my A950LTD's cables from both sides touch my drawer.
February 15, 200818 yr I wish. I have a nice floor goban made from Katsura and a nice shogi table board from Katsura as well, both from Hokkaido. Kaya is so expensive ... I'd like to try and use it to put under amplifiers and what not ... so small blocks / cubes would be fine. me love you long time Nenso, for kaya blocks
February 15, 200818 yr Author me love you long time Nenso, for kaya blocks Kaya is really hard to get.. plus it is expensive as well. How large do you need it to be anyways?
February 15, 200818 yr Kaya is really hard to get.. plus it is expensive as well. How large do you need it to be anyways? are y'all selling weed on headcase now?
February 15, 200818 yr Author are y'all selling weed on headcase now? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaya_%28tree%29 Kaya is a type of tree/wood. It is also a jrock singer who looks like a girl. I don't even think I can get some. Maybe I'll go ask around.
February 15, 200818 yr selling weed on head-case gets you banned, unless i receive a sample. you know, to make sure that the other members aren't getting ripped off. good on ya for lookin out for our bests interest

February 15, 200818 yr Sounds like the Black Gate of wood to me. are you implying you hear a difference between types of wood?
February 15, 200818 yr are you implying you hear a difference between types of wood? No he's not, fuckface.
February 15, 200818 yr are you implying you hear a difference between types of wood? No. I'm implying that the "rarer must mean better" philosophy seemed to apply here, just like it does for Black Gate caps.
February 15, 200818 yr No. I'm implying that the "rarer must mean better" philosophy seemed to apply here, just like it does for Black Gate caps. hehe yeah thanks. i think i understand the opinion of woods around here aside from aesthetics. Welcome, fuckface. pleasure is all mine
February 15, 200818 yr hehe yeah thanks. i think i understand the opinion of woods around here aside from aesthetics. There is an opinion of different types of woods and how they affect audio around here? That's news to me. I must not be tweaking extreme enough.
February 15, 200818 yr Not to start a whole big debate, but different woods most certainly have differing resonant values, therefore can sound different in certain applications. For example Red Spruce was favored by Martin guitars for it's resonant qualities. You can take a long piece of Red Spruce and tap it and it will make a ringing sound.
