Count me in as long as its not in the last week of july or first week in august.

UMBC library? Which section? I can't imagine that being optimal for a meet at all, to be honest. Unless its the special collections section, which would be very, very awesome.

conference rooms/meeting space

I didnt realize they let outside groups use those for free. Not bad, I guess. I've been in a few on the second floor. A little cramped if theres more than a few people, but they may have bigger rooms.

I'm in...for whenever, don't have any particular plans this far in advance, but "the weekend" would, of course, be preferable. Arundel Mills is fine -- some good shopping within walking distance.

PS What "big minimeet"? The one in Leesburg that failed? I'm not sure I trust him (SK138) to run a meet. "Oops, I accidentally went to Manila..." (without telling anyone).

Yah, that's why I was just going ahead, but august works better for me than june or july anyway

I've no idea if I can go or not. Probably won't know until July at the earliest. Consider me unreliable.

So, I'm setting the date at August 2. Now to pick a location. BWI/Arundel Mills Residence Inn, a party room in Rockville, somewhere else? How many people are coming? How many would want a hotel room?

Wish I could make it. I didn't really get a chance to get to know anybody at the last one I went to. Have fun guys!
