New series on A&E. Caught the premier two episodes of this last night, though I think it is slotted for Sunday nights. Seems promising; I am going to target watching this.

Rubicon - AMC

I caught the first two episodes as well, and liked them. I'll be on an airplane next Sunday, but I may try and follow this show. Isn't AMC one of those channels that puts on shows more than once a week?

No DVR? With all your toys, that's just embarrassing.

I recorded both and plan on giving the show a chance.

Watched the 1st eps a few months back, looked very interesting, going to watch eps2 sometime this week

You could use the internet as you DVR. That would make for very eztv.it could be fun

I'm still trying to make it through the second episode of Arrested Development through Netflix. I saw the first last month, and have started the second about four times. I'll get there, but I don't know how you folks find time for all this watching stuff. I'm good for about an hour or two a week.

The NPR reviewer specifically mentioned that Rubicon wasn't for multitasking type viewing, if you can't give it your attention that it would be extremely difficult to follow. So I suspect that it's not mindless tv.

Of course WTF does NPR know.

Just finished watching eps 2, nice eps, some parts seemed a bit weak, but cardboard stairs made my day(night)

Watched the first two eps on Sunday. Seems promising, a little quirky, if not totally compelling, but occasionally (intentionally?) disjointed. The train scene seemed a bit over-the-top to me, but I guess that implies that the conspiracy/coverup is big too *shrug*. I'll probably DVR it to watch "whenever" or if it's on-demand I'll do that.

Fuckers is right. Better show (IMO) than The Walking Dead, which of course is getting great ratings so far. Not that I don't like The Walking Dead...
