Line that says "other participants" missing in messenger

Featured Replies

I can't send PMs to multiple people since the line that says "other participants" is missing when I try to compose mail. This is in Firefox 3.6.16.

Anyone else have this issue?

I have never seen "other recipients" or any other way to send to multiple recipients since the new software was installed.

Same as Andy... I don't think the new software allows multiple recipients... :sadcat:

I know it can be done because others have initiated PMs to multiple people. I have tried every combination of comma, semi-colon, and spaces and it has never worked for me. I just tried again and no go.

it seems they are different for the admins, dan has the line i spoke of.

From what I can find, it seems to be a privilege that is enabled by the administrator, under group settings.

The necessary buttons and boxes, that the help section at the top of the screen mentions, are not present.
