I know it's really a Head-Fi meet, but is anybody else going? I'd feel pretty wierd being the only person there on headcase. \

So with the next possible Boston/New England meet not until April, anyone up for a New England mini-meet sometime?

well its not much like the usual meets posted in these boards but oz of let there be sound sent me an email inviting me to a local audiophile's home as he has graciously agreed to let people just walk in and audition his genesis speakers in some uber professionally treated room. also, the president of genesis speakers shall also be there at his house. oz included his cell phone number in case any of you would like to go or have any other questions. i plan on attending sometime after 2pm on sunday so if any fellow headfiers would like to go, pm me and we can meet up somewhere or just head over to the given address. sorry for the late post, but i just got to know about this…

For the folks here who don't follow H-F, this is shaping up to be a very nice meet: Montreal meet at the FSI show! The Festival Son & Image is a big hi-fi expo held in Montreal every year that lasts 4 days (3 open to the public). We'd get an occasion this year to have a free booth for headphone enthusiasts sponsored by Sennheiser where we could expose our gear. It's still in preliminary stage of planning and I don't have anything to do with the organization of the meet this time, but it seems like a great occasion to promote the hobby in a speaker environment (and accept how inferior headphones are compared to good speaker setups ).

Hey guys. I have a mini-meet coming up here that I am hosting at my place on both Nov 1st and Nov 2nd (second day is more an optional ordeal - not sure we'll have enough to make it worth it but I wanted to set aside more time for being objective in reviews and such) I haven't posted about it on Head-Fi because of the obvious, and that I only want so many people in my home. I'd be happy to bring in more HCers It will be in Denver, right off of the i-25 & Yale / i-25 & Hampden exits (sandwiched between the two) If you're interested, just PM me and I'll give you all the details

I don't think there are any Vancouver ppl but I would like to hear new gear! I might as well try to get some veteran Vancouver meet host from Head-fi to do an IC there and organize one but I was wondering if anyone here is interested.

Summer Atlanta Meet - July 5, 2008 (Loganville, GA) - Head-Fi: Covering Headphones, Earphones and Portable Audio I'm going to try to go if the wife feels up to keeping the kids. I'm in the early stages of planning for a meet at my school, Rose-Hulman Inst. of Tech. in Terre Haute, Indiana. I've already posted this over on the 'Fi, but I thought it'd be a good idea to get some 'Casers there too! I'm still working on reserving a conference room, but I'd like to know if anyone here is interested, so I can gauge about how many people will show up.

This is also in the other site's meet forum as well. The hospital is letting us use a conference room (free) for the day. Bring your power strips. Let us know what you can bring. To the old timers, please join in and let us newer members see what a nice rig can do. I'd love to hear some high end gear. This place is off of I-71 and St. road 35. Downtown.

As stated above a meet in the Netherlands. There's a thread going on at the forum linked to below (probably familiar by many of you ) and the gear that will be present is quite interesting.
