Got my hands on some SR-007 mk1. Now I DO understand all this power-craving needs. The thing is pretty flat and almost boring out of my Stax amps (SRM-727II and SRM-1/mk2), I have to go on SRD-7/mk2 to get some dynamics, an I loose lots of details / extension. A good friend had people over for a NYE party last night. He used to run a pizza kitchen, so he hand made all the crusts and we had a couple hours of pizza after pizza to try out. I've done the test fit for the amp section as well. Here's a better approximation of what it will look like. From underneath (Excuse the mess of wires. I'm hoping Honda has it right out-of-the-box as well Steve. I've been a Ferrari fan forever but I think this year may change that if Alonso has a good car. Ferrari with Vettel may be interesting but if the team struggles I fear he will have another year like 2014. It's my opinion that if Seb doesn't have a top notch car he is not a top notch driver. And with him and Kimi at Ferrari, I don't see a lot of development work taking place. I hope I am wrong, but fear that I'm not. I hope McLaren and Williams can run with the Merc's in 2015 so we have an exciting season to follow.

Yeah, kind of the opposite that I thought was going to happen based upon week one of the championship. I think we can all be very thankful that Brent lost again and again and call the season a success.

If anyone cares, I decided to splurge and go with the Dell Chromebook 11 (bought directly from Dell) because I could get it with the Haswell Celeron processor and 4GB of RAM. It also has the best build quality of the three. We've had good luck with Dell products in the past so hopefully this works out.

My alienware m17 has been an absolute workhorse for the last 5 years. I think that's a very good lifespan for a gaming laptop and it'll still play just about anything out there. It's not much of a laptop though with 60min run times on battery and weighing in around 10lbs. I haven't priced them in a while but figure north of 2k.
