2 pointsI'm a big tennis fan myself and I understand what you mean. I always attend the BB&T ATL open, at least either final & semi. For near $100, I'm at the front row. I don't think my $$ will go as far in bigger events. Of course, I only get to see Isner serving fest the past few years. Rodick came over before he retired and I missed that one.2 points

2 pointsThis was in New Haven. US Open tickets are stupid expensive, and they generally suck as the good seats are sold to corporations leaving actual tennis fans to sit in the second tier. So we tend to skip it. We did go to Montreal a couple of weeks ago where we got to see Nadal play.

2 pointsA black Yggy arrived today..... but they forgot to send a power cord. Edit: plugged it in using a power cable from the junk drawer. This Yggy sounds MUCH better than the last one.2 points

1 point1 point1 pointWell admittedly I'm of the generation that exist in the real world, so most likely nowhere near as much as you young guys.1 point1 pointWe went to see Andy Roddick play James Blake in a little pre-US Open exhibition. Roddick is a little slow around the court these days, but he can still hit a 135mph serve.
1 point1 point1 point1 point1 pointThe black looks fantastic. Love the feel of the powder coat. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk1 point1 pointOk then, no pictures, but sous vide lamb shoulder soft tacos with rice and Sriracha1 point1 pointI'm keeping my Note 4, then maybe back to the iPhone in a year or so unless one of the new manufacturers proves decent. Taking the replaceable battery and memory card slot away from the Note killed any use I have for it other than the pen. No wonder Sammy is floundering.1 point1 point1 pointApropos of nothing, 007s are a lot more comfortable to wear with glasses than 009s.1 point1 pointThe original sr-omega pads are brown so the black 007 pads pictured don't really match the original aesthetic, that's all. The brown 007 pads are also easier to adapt for use in the omega. It's not something I considered when I placed the order, so I'm feeling a bit more stupid than normal. Of course brown pads would make it sound less dark as well, making them less edgy and rebellious.1 pointall my investments are in gyros, the greek sandwich.1 point1 pointI want to eat most everything Dan makes despite his presentation and photography. I made some salsa with criolla sella peppers and tomatoes from my little garden1 point1 pointWRT to plankton, one of the coolest things I've ever done was going swimming in a cave where the water was filled with bioluminescent plankton. When you moved the water around you would light up like some kind of special effect. It was very ethereal. I'm hoping this Yggy behaves itself and that it lives up to the hype.1 point1 point
