  5. And yet you argue the point about this E-Stat amp, despite the fact that someone with strong knowledge has actually done a tear-down and seen many issues....

  6. I am so emotional at that. Not only Joni Mitchell in her best Blue period - but Dylan and Lightfoot accompanying. Oh man.

  9. Correct on the BÖC - the other Info: Sammy Hagar - Heavy Metal - From Standing Hampton (Released as Single) Blue Öyster Cult - Veteran Of The Psychic Wars - From Fire Of Unknown Origin Journey - Open Arms - From Escape The rest were created exclusively for the Soundtrack, with two exceptions: - Black Sabbath's "Mob Rules" as present on the album, is an early demo (which I like better). It was later Re-recorded on "Mob Rules". - Trust's "Prefabricated" is English-Language version of "Prefabriques", which appeared on "Trust" (a.k.a. "L'Élite"). Tracks that appeared in the movie, but not in OST: - "Through Being Cool" (from "New Traditionalists" by Devo) - "E5150" (from "Mob Rules" by Black Sabbath)

  10. Gordon Lightfoot was very important to me in my formative college years. I spent the summer of 1976 at Forestry summer camp at Cloquet and Isabella MN with “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald” playing on the local radio stations a bit before it hit the national airwaves. But “Don Quixote” was and is my favorite song of his as it seemed to tell a story I was very familiar with. Luckily, I was able to see him in concert twice. The first time at Ravinia (Highland Park, IL) in 1983 and the second at Chastain Park (Atlanta, GA) in 1995. This one hits real hard. I will leave with the following excerpt from Nicholas Jennings biography, Lightfoot . Like many great artists, he was a complex person.
