I'm thinking of updating the OS on my early 2009 Mac Mini (2.26 Intel Core 2 Duo). I just use it as a music server for my headphone setup. I have Snow Leopard still on it but I can't run Tidal with SL. Would it be stupid to update to El Capitan (lots of speed increases over Yosemite I have read) or should I just install Mountain Lion on it?

What size rooms were you using this in? I plan to use this in my living room during the day and bedroom at night. I like the fact that the IQAir has prefilters for things like dust and that you don't have to change the HEPA filter as much as the BlueAirs. Also, I am not sure about the electrostatic filters in the BlueAir. However, this site claims that the IQAir can only be used in a room no larger than 260 sqft. They say the BlueAir can be used in rooms up to 400 sqft. "HealthPro Plus is perfect for most bedrooms, no bigger than 260 square feet." http://www.air-purifier-power.com/top-10-air-purifiers.html Also, how good are the casters on the IQair? People complained that they were pretty crappy.

They could make a lot more money if they had just called it the LCD-10

Probably - I wasn't too worried, it was just weird since most of the headaches I get are on the right temple.

There was a weird thing that happened. Right after dinner, I got a sudden strong headache (in the back of my head) but it went away after about 5 minutes. I think it may have been from the smoke from someone grilling on a hot stone in the place. Maybe it was just allergies or maybe I am sick, who knows. If it happens the next time I eat sushi, I'll take notice.

For the last six months, I've been trying to get myself to like fish/seafood. Up to this point, I've shared seafood appetizers with others and tried someone's fish or seafood dish if they were willing to share. I decided that it was time for me to try sushi (I've always liked the idea of sushi and have wanted to eat it or years). I went to Uchi hour with a friend of mine and I had the following: 1 akami (tuna loin) nigiri 1 sake (fresh atlantic salmon) nigiri 1 hamachi (baby yellowtail) nigiri 2 madai (japanese sea bream) nigiri crispy brussel sprouts with lemon chili katsu pork belly, yolk custard, espelette smoked baby yellowtail with yucca crisp and marcona almond It was all really excellent (much better than cooked fish) and I should have tried this years ago! http://uchirestaurants.com/houston/ (I forgot to take a picture of a lot of the food before eating it).

Also did some Ikea assembly (needed more bookshelves and drawers since we have a lot of builtins in the house). I hope the stuff lasts the year.

I'd eat that!

For the last week or so my iPhone's battery has been shit. I usually get 2 days easily in it but suddenly it's in the red before 7pm. Coincidence that this happens right when the 6s comes out (and I just finished my 2yr contract)?

No server connection on Tidal. Guess I'll have to use Apple Music (I forgot that I had a subscription to this).

I guess it is a good thing that I have a good headphone setup!

So subdudes it is... although I'm not sure those will help much, will they?

I could put it in the Packtite but I think the dryer would probably be better. I'll do it a couple more times (1 hour each time? I think that is the longest it will do and the last 5 minutes is a cool down period). For comforters in the Packtite closet (bed bug heater), they say to open the comforter up, put the thermometer inside the insulation, then let it get to 120 and hold it for an hold. I'm sure if I do this, I will just have a ruined mattress protector and will have to buy another one. I'm not much for sewing. You have more confidence in maintenance people than I do...

I did that but it keeps being wadded up into a ball. Since there is a lot of insulation and it bunches up, I wasn't sure how long it would take to get every part of it at 120 for the necessary time.
