I'm saving up for a high-end electrostat amp. Torn between this and the BHSE, though lately I have been leaning a bit more towards the Woo. Besides, Vicky is in FL and she's about to get her BHSE, so perhaps I should get the Woo to have both in the Florida team (not to mention it is a bit cheaper). Btw, when they say pre-order, how much of a deposit do they want? Or does the sum total have to be pre-paid?

I had a dream yesterday in which Vicky made this thread over at head-fi, with the prettier headphone being a Head-Fi vs everyone else's Head-F1. But she was the only one with one this way. Not even Todd had one, and he was pissed like hell. Also, I have never seen Todd, so my brain identified Todd being in the likeness of John Goodman. I have strange dreams...

Anyone have both the PS1 and the HF2? I'd like to hear opinions on that, never having heard a PS1 myself. I was considering buying a PS1, but going rate seems to be $2k on these. That's too rich for my blood. I've heard opinions from people who used to have the PS1 and now have the HF2, but I'd prefer to hear a direct comparison as opposed to one made from recollections of the PS1's sound.

Do you guys think it improper to ask Todd if, come deadline time (july 31st), i ask him if he can sell me a second pair if there are still cups available? I mean, if that is the cut-off date, what happens to all the extra cups... or can we ask to buy just an extra set of cups, to maybe have someone else refinish them? I don't want to insult the guy with an asshat request or anything of the sort.

My post above was in reference to the performance of the BHSE being the deciding factor on whether the O2's are put up for sale or not. That's all. It had no correlation to my attendance.
