Who cares what the Maryland State Fair awards it's photography prizes to, but for your enjoyment... ‘With 850 photographs submitted this year, Chamelin says it is difficult for volunteers to determine how every entry was made. He claims that he did not know that AI had been used to modify Alston’s photograph when it was submitted into the competition.’

The continuing Nikon D200 v. Fujifilm S5Pro (in a D200 body) battles are fun. I have the latter, but those D200 colors look great.

CCD, right? I can see.

Speaking of resolution options, Fuji continues to aim for a different audience...

Somehow I lived until last night not knowing the great Rod Serling, of The Twilight Zone and Night Gallery fame, also had a short lived Western, The Loner, starring Lloyd Bridges. It’s available as a currently $10 DVD set on Amazon, but also on YouTube if others are as interested as I. The first episode, wordy for a Western, certainly feels very Serling. Love how the TV frame is tightly filled. First episode The rest https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLnentduopWcJz29q7eTHh0MSFKoxeTClG&si=cfZ6oRZDWQFhMIOm
