You could always turn off the mail accounts temporarily in settings and bury the icon somewhere. Or if you have an IMAP account temporarily add an incorrect digit to your login. That's about all I can think of for the email.
Anyone have multiple iPads and run into snags when syncing with a single computer/App Store account? Have Googled and found little info. Did find this though -
I read somewhere it warned you three times (like 20%, 10%, done), then, I think, shut off and requested you to buy more access. Doesn't seem very cell service-like to miss the opportunity to gouge users.
And if you download Zinio now you get (or at least I did) the the current WATER National Geographic free. One of their best issues recently and a good test IMO for how magazines look on the iPad.
How are you guys feeling about your GB model choices? Thinking of picking up an iPad for my girlfriend and curious if people are filling up memory quicker or slower than expected? Still only have under 10GB on my 64GB.
Googles increase is a good sign and a Google v. Apple battle is a worthy battle in my opinion, but I doubt marketshare is Apples primary target (at least not while there are freebie/buy one get one free Android deals).
Personally, I find the G/A marketshare tussle less interesting than the Android v. Android numbers. Plain vanilla implementation may not be enough (as others have stated maybe the reason for HPs move away?) so it will be interesting to see what HTC, Motorola, etc. does with Android compared to the others. Sense UI and all that.
Guess the other big question is is there any room for Windows 7 Mobile and WebOS or is this a three horse race now - assuming RIM doesn't blow it? Or are we taking bets on how long it will take RIM to blow it?
I'm sure many already know this from their 3Gs iPhones (I never investigated as I have the 3G model), but Star Walk is cool as hell.

Much better when you use the iPads compass than your fingers though.
