Been looking for a used headphone chair for awhile and found a Jeffrey Bernett/DWR Flight Recliner today on Craiglist. Thank you Mr. Bean Bag for your years of service. Like this, but brown leather...

As stated in the OP, not all advistise the same bit support, but if you're only concerned with 16/44.1 that may not matter. That said, the JH3A still isn't out, and the Inday has entered, left and reentered my system for a variety of uses (currently dual DACs and video gear audio) and gotta say it's a nice problem solving piece to have around. Course it's nearly half the price of an XDA-1, which has a bunch of inputs.

Just found out my optical plan covers a second pair of glasses, so bought some obnoxious ic! Berlin Faris sunglasses for when I want to go glam. Last week went with some Sama Dantes for when I want to go smart.

Sorry, missed your post. The answer was "San Francisco designer/German hand-made layered horn frames made to my head measurements." In the end decided $1,400 frames weren't going to happen. Especially when they didn't look quite as cool as the first time. Forgot the past and knocked off the leading 1 by going with the future - Japan and plastic.

Have seen him speak, read much online and buzzed around his forums, but yeah this is the first book. Have Greatest Show on Earth also but haven't gotten to it yet. Have any recommendations? Have to get to Harris' and Hitchens' latest too. Kinda back to a New Atheists mood lately.

Thanks Dinny for the test. Yeah, this direction is partially about making playback simple for the GF, so similar use case. Lovin' AirPlay myself though.

Anyone pick up the Sam Cooke Live at the Copa 24/88.2 album HDTracks has been advertising along with the Jarrett?

icBerlins! are a nice balance between frames with presence and physical lightness. Plus they nicely implode when you fall asleep with them and roll over. Love mine. What I'm considering next week though is ridiculous.

Probably a typo, but if sic-fi isn't a genre, it should be. Either way you take sic [sic]. And older I get the less I can deal with contacts too. Glasses shopping this and next week.

Falling in love with AirPlay (with various interweb stations). While people are testing, mind if I ask current model AppleTV owners if audio AirPlay streaming with iPhone or iPad keeps an interface going on the iDevice (normal iTunes, etc.) not blank out (with simple controls) as video streaming appears to do in Apples AirPlay vids? Trying to decide between an AppleTV or another AirPort Expess and for this use may not have a TV turned on when playing music.
