^ Probably has something to do with the need to move 2 pounds worth of glasses. The original 85/1.2 L was appearently even slower.

Nice shots, guys. My plan of going out there to get some shots went out the window after shoveling for over two hours and it didn't stop snowing sideways around here until 8pm. I tried cranking up the ISO and handholding a long-ish shutter speed, but it didn't work too well. I really need to get myself a tripod.

I like the new album, but they sure did take their friggin' time.

^ I think Todd has a private plow guy that he pays for, so I hope he doesn't get brick(snow)walled. I've said this before, we love our town plow guys. In the three winters we've been here, we've never had our driveway blocked by plowed snow, in fact, if they see us shoveling, they often help us by plowing the bottom quarter or so of the driveway.

So was it at least entertaining? I have the first episode on DVR but haven't gotten around to watching it.

x2. Of course, in the past three hours (while I was trying to get Libby to take a nap), it dropped enough snow that I need to go out there again before it gets too dark.

I haven't seen an actual fusebox since I lived in Japan over 20 years ago.

I think Verizon will keep the unlimited data plan available just long enough to get people away from other carriers when they get the iPhone in February, then they'll kill it shortly after. IIRC, they were already planning on going to capped data plan before AT&T implemented theirs anyways.

When I started shoveling at 9, there were already over a foot on the ground/driveway. Two and half hours later, I'm finally done but there are already 3-4" on the first area I shoveled. I could've waited but I'd rather do two manageable shoveling than one gigantic, back-breaking shoveling.

Nope, no snow blower here. I haven't bought one since I have hard time justifying spending the money when the area in which I have to shovel isn't that large. We'll see how I feel about it after today.
