Just played few of my HDCD CDs through AyreWave player and HDCD indicator lights up on my DAC-1100.

My information is probably out of date or faulty as I haven't lived in Japan since '89 and I wasn't driving back then. On a related note, a coworker of mine had a car with a racing stripe on it. After getting multiple tickets in the first couple months of owning the car, he had the stripe removed.

IIRC, in Japan, you got different insurance rate depending on the color of your car.

I think it's more along the line of they got stuck with it than going along, as the clusterfuck was already in place when the current IT department started working here. I'm guessing they were planning on moving to Sharepoint compatible system (Lotus Notes was already in use before Sharepoint), but ran out of money to do so along they way due to budget reduction & tuition freeze. Either way, it's a huge pain. I also hate that I have to manually input the calendar items on to my iPhone if I want to access them outside of work.

Good point. Goes along well with the clusterfuck of using Sharepoint on top of Lotus Notes, as I've mentioned elsewhere.

Started off the day scheduling and re-scheduling 20 or so meetings for the next month or so. I love that Lotus Notes doesn't tell me when I'm double or triple-booking myself.

This is why some leagues do "Total Points" format where total points scored for the season (and during playoffs) determines the final standing/the winner. I personally prefer head-to-head, though.

I quickly looked through it, but I didn't see any. I think it's somehow related to how much music I try to add in at once. I'll probably give it a shot over the weekend when I'll have more time to troubleshoot.

Did anyone check out the new disc-free Netflix? I didn't get around to it as I'd completely forgotten about it.

Tried again after a reboot. It was going well for a bit but now it's stuck being unresponsive again.

I wish I can try it but it keeps hanging when try to add tracks.
