Just in case you guys aren't aware, you can still go back to the previous interface (and I did). I'm hoping whenever they roll out the new interface for good, they leave us the option to keep using the old interface. On topic, congrats on the new toy!

Todd, when you get a chance, can you try it out with your Shure? I'm somewhat tempted to get one to use at home with JH13's, but I'm wondering how much volume (knob) range it has with sensitive IEMs.

Did a restore on 2nd gen touch and the damn thing is still sluggish, not enough to be unusable but enough to be really annoying. I'm probably going back to 3.0, assuming I can, unless the performance issue is resolved.

That sucks, Nate. While not as bad, my 2nd gen Touch is wee bit sluggish with the iOS4 as well. No multitasking with 2nd gen touch either, so I don't know why I bothered to upgrade.

Yesterday - Got to work to find out I have a training that I need to attend that went till 8pm. I didn't know about it since the scheduling for it happened while I was away on paternity leave. Neither my wife and I were happy about it and I tried my best to get out of it to no avail. This morning - installed iOS4 on my iPod touch and realized for certain that one of my external drives is kaput. Thankfully, there were nothing critical or irreplaceable in the drive but it is annoying regardless. Now I'm in a market for one of those hard drive docks but bit surprised to thus far find none with firewire.

Same here this morning on my Touch (in regards to the time it took for install). I was starting to wonder if something went wrong since it was taking so long.
