Are you planning on using Capitole or Opus as a DAC as well? IIRC, Todd reported not so long ago that Opus' performance as a DAC wasn't as good its performance as a CDP. I think it was in his 840c impression/review thread. I think you should get the Capitole just for the fact it's a top-loader.

I like both Logitech Trackman Marble as well as Kensington Expert Mouse. Of the two, I prefer Expert Mouse, but I have fairly large hands so I generally like bigger mouse/trackball better.

I've been using WD MyBook externals for a while and haven't had any issues with any of them. They come in variety of size and models, and should have something in your price range. They also go on sale often.

Another frustrating thing is that it hasn't always been like this. One of my first amps was a MPX3. While the amp arrived a month later than the original ETA, when I needed a minor repair and an upgrade, the amp came back within a month each time.

Put pipe insulations on water pipes in the basement, then shaved my head. Considering the price of the disposable razor cartridges (and how often I shave my head), I think I'm going to start learning to use a safety razor.

I've made two of them and the one big mistake I made the first time around was that I made the holes on the board not quite big enough. They were big enough for the threaded rods to fit through, but not big enough for them to fit through easily.
