  3. Welcome to Corsair :: Flash Voyager GT 128GB Product Information Cause really who doesn't NEED a 128gig thumb drive
  4. Really feel like spending $700-$900 for a "secondary screen / touchpad"? It'll be interesting to see what hardware they've crammed in it and if it's going to be running a full version of OS X or just a more extended iphone OS. If it's the later that would be disappointing.
  5. No need to limit yourself to binding posts for the k1000 get someone to make adapter cables for you. For solid state amps Asr is right the B22 and Dynahi or Dynafet would be your best and possibly only options.
  6. Is that your way of slowing leaking out info on the Menace TC
  7. Sept. 15th is looking like the release date for the new Zune HD. If nothing else it certainly has a price advantage over the touch at comparable sizes. $220 for the 16gig and $290 for the 32gig.
  8. Yep no doubt about it, deal of the year I think. Thanks Nate
  9. The Menace is deserving of it's own thread I think (well 2nd thread actually). Built by our very own n_maher, I couldn't believe it when he put it up for sale, just happy I was lucky enough to get it. Amazing amp, stayed up far too late just listening last night and it looks like a repeat performance is on for tonight. hi-rez versions of the attached pics
  10. That's a slightly different circumstance, the version that was purchased was sold by a publisher that didn't have the rights. Yes it sucks that it was removed but they were refunded the purchase price. That and Amazon already said it was a mistake to remove it and they won't do that in future cases. Not really sure what else you can expect.....
  11. just what we need another format, it's just a ploy by the recording industry trying to get everyone to re-buy their music
  12. There's google checkout but I think their fees now pretty much equal paypals
  13. Well you can certainly mute the speakers, not sure if it would mute the pre-outs as well though.
  14. I guess I'm not sure how your going to have things hooked up, I mean your going to use the pre-outs I get, but are you also going to be hooking the speakers up directly to the receiver too?
  15. I'm with Dan on this one, try to find an Onkyo or Denon in your price range they'll easily have all the features you need and then some.

Anyone else who has a Pre I highly recommend trying out the MyTether app, it's one of the best tethering apps I've ever used on any phone. It can tether via usb, bluetooth or wifi (ad-hoc).

  18. Ahh well it's hard to blame them for not supporting a piece of hardware that's 8-9 years old .
  19. What graphics card do you have? Windows 7 comes with pretty recent drivers for every ATI and Nvidia card I can think of.
  20. SSD and it's not that Vista is slow really its just that Windows 7 appears faster when it comes to pretty much everything UI related.
  21. After waiting for the painfully slow download from MSDN I was able to install the RTM of Windows 7 (ultimate x64 version). I didn't have any blank dvd's around so I installed it from a usb thumb and I really think it's the way to go. The install only took 10-15 minutes. Some early thoughts on Windows 7, it's definitely snappier than Vista, especially when it comes to UI affects and such. I should mention that 7 had drivers for everything in my laptop which was nice. I like the new taskbar it's refined and the UI affects actually improve overall usability.
  22. they really call that one speaker?
