Just to clarify, the item that arrived today is, indeed, a potty seat, and not a potty sear, which likely would be considerably less fun for my son.

To my former employer's credit, they resolved the issue and I was able to initiate the distribution today. And the "Cars" Potty Sear arrived today to much fanfare and joy. My son likes it, too.
